i then started with assembling the frame. this alredy showed how stable the thing will be at the end. i think the aluminium frame is a really good idea from camiel.
the hardest part here was to push the bearings in the aluminium frame. I had to use my bench vice to press it in... use some wood on each side to protect the alu and bearing.
a strange thing for me was the distace stuff for the belt guide... i could not see hot to center them... the answer is, it does not really matter...
