to make sure the pully is not slipping on the shaft it's a good idea to make a kerb so the screw has a good hold.
first messure where the pully will sit and where the screw will be. then make sure you protect the inner live of the motor from the metal dust. the motor is magnetic, so you will not have any metal dust inside.
In my case i was to lazy to file it by hand. so i gave it a go on my bench grinder. (it's allways good to have the proper tool for every job). but be carefull when you do it on a bench grinder. protect finger and eyes. to it slowly...
dont't go to deep, it has only to be flat.



then mount the pully and fix it with the screw
